If you are working around Tanjong Pagar area, you can try this stall named Meet Paul - Fish Man. Stall is located inside a coffeeshop at Blk 7, serving western food.

Fish, Fish, Fish .... most of the menu related to fish.
This stall has a few signature dishes that you can order, mainly using deep sea fish as the main course. If you are not a fan of fish meat, you can also order Grilled Chicken Chop.
Soba Fish Rice at S$4.80

The Soba Fish set meal was sumptuous, served with sunrise egg, tomatoes salad, baked bean and rice. However, Soba Fish has a strong fishy smell that don't really suit my liking.
My first mouthful of the Tomatoes Salad which left a mild sourness flavor in my mouth that I almost cannot continue to chew further, but the sweetness from the tomato later blend in and give you a refreshing taste.
Avocado Juice at S$2.50

There is a fruit drink stall in this coffeeshop, you must try the Avocado Juice which tasted delicious and refreshing. I understand from the stall owner, he is using honey in his stall to replace the sugar syrup.
